upside down

“upside down” pretty much the current state these days – learning to make sense of it all is where the hard work lies.

Practicing at least once a day with my inctructor virtually or on my own. The shoulder stand, mother of all poses, being my favorite as I find it teaches me the most about my current mental and physical state.

Learning that there is no perfect, letting go of the ego and just accepting. In so I find a balance of grace and tenacity in each pose.

I practice #Iengar and have found that it has really played a critical part in my #selfhealing journey.

Like B.K.S Iyengar said: How do you know yourself … if you do not know your big toe. 🧘🏼‍♀️
